Program Impacts

Superior Days: A Grass Roots Approach to Community Development: Superior Days is an annual citizen lobbying effort in which citizens of Superior and Douglas County take their concerns directly to the legislature and state government. For 20 years, this model of participatory democracy has been successfully building citizen capacity, developing local leadership, and bringing communities in northwest Wisconsin together to work toward common goals and influence public policy.
